Tiered governance under the Council

P.R.I.D.E. operates a tiered governance model under the leadership of its Council. The Council is the supreme decision-making body, supported by an Advisory Committee and an Executive Committee responsible for strategic counsel and day-to-day operations respectively. The membership system spans general and honorary members, forming the organization’s broad network of support.
