UN ECOSOC Special Consultative Status

In 1999, P.R.I.D.E. was granted Special Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) — an important international recognition of a non-governmental organization. This status enables the organization to attend relevant UN meetings, submit written statements and take part in agenda discussions.
