On May 12, 2025, the “Japan-China New Quality Productive Forces Exchange (Bohai Bay Cooperation) Forum” was successfully held in Kobe.

More than ten enterprises from Tianjin, China engaged in extensive communication with relevant Japanese dignitaries, economic and trade promotion agencies, business associations and enterprises. P.R.I.D.E. was invited to attend, and the forum carried out matchmaking talks on cooperation in fields such as the marine economy, big health, and traditional Chinese medicinal materials. During the event, enterprises including Haitian Xinye Steel Pipe, Jiaifu Management Consulting and Zekun Jingu International Trade held more than ten project roadshows. Seven Chinese enterprises—including Tianjin Baili Zhanfa Group, Tianjin Zhongke Green Oasis Technology, and Shenghe Energy Technology—signed agreements with Japanese enterprises on projects such as intelligent valves, aerial work robots, and single-walled carbon nanotube new-material energy components, with the value of the signed agreements amounting to nearly 3 billion Japanese yen. Tianjin Richun Xiangming Tea Industry Co., Ltd. gave a tea-art cultural performance at the event and conducted in-depth exchanges with Japanese enterprises on the integrated development of Chinese and Japanese tea culture. The attending guests witnessed the unveiling ceremony of the Asia Technology Co-creation Association.

At this event, Tianjin Huaketai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. from Tianjin, China achieved fruitful results, signing an in-vitro diagnostic product distribution agreement worth nearly 1.2 billion Japanese yen with a Japanese enterprise. Recognized by the relevant Chinese authorities as a high-tech enterprise and a gazelle enterprise, it is listed on China’s “New Third Board” securities market and is a high-quality enterprise providing biopharmaceutical and in-vitro diagnostic products. Its products fully meet the development needs of the China-Japan big health industry and provide ample protection for the health care of Chinese and Japanese families.

P.R.I.D.E. signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Asia Technology Co-creation Association, marking a new stage in the strategic cooperation between the two parties in promoting scientific and technological innovation, technology transfer and sustainable development in Asia. According to the memorandum, the two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence, green energy, and digital infrastructure, helping emerging Asian economies break through technological bottlenecks and accelerate digital transformation through resource sharing, capacity building, and joint project incubation.

Zhao Yuanhong, Secretary-General of the Asia-Pacific Region of P.R.I.D.E., said: This cooperation demonstrates our commitment to narrowing the global technology gap. Asia is an important engine of innovation-driven growth, and through collaborative efforts we look forward to turning cutting-edge technologies into practical solutions for inclusive development.

This event is a successful model of non-governmental economic and trade cooperation between the two parties. The China Chamber of International Commerce Tianjin Chamber and the Asia Technology Co-creation Association worked closely together, achieving resource sharing and mutual assistance in development. The event provided an excellent reference for broadly carrying out China-Japan non-governmental dialogue, promoting industrial collaboration between the two sides, and advancing bilateral economic and trade exchanges.
